RETURNS
For any return request, please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Post acceptance, the products are required to be sent back to us in the original packaging with all the tags intact within 7 working days. Please note that the return will have to be made by the customer as we do not support reverse pickups. We will not be able to accept the returns if the above criteria have not been met.
Refund will be issued post quality check clearance in the form of store credit. The validity for the store credit is 12 months and the credit can be used anytime during this period.
Please note that we follow a two level quality check and therefore, in case of any damages, we would require an unboxing video to be able to accept the same.
EXCHANGES
Please reach out to us via email for any size exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will be able to help you out with the exchange provided size availability.
